Installing a new roof can be costly. That is why Thomas Roofing & Supply recommends routine inspections and maintenance of your roof. Identifying an issue early can extend the longevity of your roof and save you money. We recommend having your roof inspected every few years or after a heavy thunder/wind storm to make sure no damage has been done. Our inspector will inspect every inch of your roof and identify leaks, punctures, missing/damaged shingles and any sign of potential problems that may lead to bigger problems. We will also perform maintenance like caulking and pipe collar replacement.
